Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be before 14 days. You’ll also need the full name, order number, and proof of pictures.

To start a return, you can contact us at fleursframe@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Items / Defective                                                                              

While we strive to ensure you never receive defective or incorrect items, we understand that mistakes can occur. Here's how we can assist you:

Please inspect your order upon and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also provide us the full name and order number.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please note there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on used items.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Fleursframe is not responsible for missing or damaged packages resulting from errors made by our shipping carriers.
